High-End Customization for Europe: Premium Stainless Steel Vacuum Tanker Superstructure Successfully Completed

Recently, a high-end stainless steel vacuum tanker superstructure—precisely customized based on chassis drawings provided by a European client—successfully completed assembly and technical commissioning in our modern workshop. The successful development and manufacturing of this superstructure system marks a new milestone in our R&D design and manufacturing expertise for foreign high-end customized special vehicles.

Hardcore Configuration & Technical Highlights
Corrosion-Resistant Stainless Steel Tank

The main tank is crafted from premium 304/316L stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish, offering superior acid, alkali, and corrosion resistance to handle harsh sewage and sludge, significantly extending service life.

Independent Power & High-Efficiency Filtration System

Mounted on the front frame, an independent vacuum pump system works with a modular cyclone gas-liquid/solid-liquid separator tower and a 4-fan hydraulic air cooler, ensuring continuous and powerful negative pressure under heavy-duty operations while keeping pump noise low.

Top 360° Hydraulic Suction Boom

The top-mounted hydraulic suction boom system features a metal truss structure supporting $360^circ$ rotation, elevation, and extension. Paired with high-strength reinforced suction hoses, it vastly improves operational flexibility in deep wells and complex environments.

Smart Hydraulic Control & Sealed Tailgate

The rear door features a 90° full-opening hydraulic lift with multi-point locking mechanisms and dual pneumatic/hydraulic knife valves with orange-black actuators, enabling cabin or remote-controlled automatic discharge and tight seal transportation.

Integrated Storage & Safe Access

Features side-mounted stainless steel toolboxes, anti-slip climbing ladders, top safety handrails, and a side hydraulic valve manifold for easy access and operation.

Throughout the manufacturing process, our engineering team strictly adhered to European chassis parameters and technical standards, overcoming cross-border technical challenges to achieve a perfect match between the superstructure and chassis drawings. Final system debugging and rigorous quality checks are underway to ensure seamless chassis assembly upon arrival.
