How Chengli Special Automobile CO.,ltd Road sweeper truck work ?

Most Chengli sweeper trucks are built on a standard truck chassis but have a specialized superstructure with three main systems:

Auxiliary Power System:

The truck has its main engine for driving, but it also has a separate auxiliary engine to power the entire sweeping mechanism (brushes, fan, and hydraulic system). This ensures consistent power for cleaning regardless of the driving speed.

Sweeping System (The Brushes):

Side Brushes (or Sweep Plates): Located at the front sides of the vehicle, these circular brushes extend outwards to reach the curb, gutter, and street edges. They rotate to push dirt, debris, and refuse from the edges toward the center of the truck's path.
Main Brush (less common on pure vacuum models, more on mechanical-vacuum): Sometimes, a central cylindrical brush is present to agitate and guide material into the suction path.

Vacuum/Suction System:

High-Power Fan: This fan, driven by the auxiliary engine, creates a powerful vacuum force.
Suction Nozzle (or Suction Mouth): A large rectangular or circular opening located underneath the vehicle, behind the brushes. The negative pressure created by the fan sucks air and debris through this nozzle and into the hopper

Dust Suppression System (Water Spray):

Water Tank: Contains clean water.
Spray Nozzles: These nozzles are positioned near the brushes and/or the suction inlet. They mist the road surface and the area being swept to moisten fine dust particles. This prevents the dust from becoming airborne, dramatically improving air quality during the cleaning process.

Debris Collection System:

Dust/Garbage Hopper: A large container where the debris, dirt, and fine particles sucked up by the vacuum system are collected. The hopper is often made of stainless steel.
Hydraulic System: This system is used to lift and tilt the hopper and open the rear door for dumping the collected garbage at a disposal site.
